 We’re Hiring a Production Coordinator! 

Hadithi Crafts is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to keep our vibrant network of 1,900 women artisans running like clockwork. If you can balance spreadsheets, mentor teams, and still have time to admire the elephants on your commute, you might be exactly who we need.

What you’ll do

Coordinate orders & inventory across 64 artisan groups

Lead our office, sales, community & logistics teams toward ambitious deadlines

Keep quality high and clients happy—from first sample to final shipment

Use tools like Excel, Zoho Books, and inventory software to keep data tight

Spot challenges early and turn them into clever solutions

What we’re looking for

✓ Proven team-management & leadership chops

✓ Tech-savvy, quick on the keyboard (and quicker at problem-solving)

✓ Superb people skills—able to guide, coach, and inspire

✓ Experience in handicraft production or small-batch manufacturing (big plus!)

✓ Ready to live and work in Maungu, Tsavo—a rural hub buzzing with wildlife and impact
