We need details
Any custom order requires the client to provide very detailed design specifications. Always provide us with detailed drawings and specifications and measurements, because we have no design team in-house!
Sampling first
For any new work or design, we first do a sample round, for which we charge sampling fee per style or colour. For larger / more expensive items the sampling price is more, and agreed between the client and us on a case to case basis.
This sampling fee covers the extra costs involved with the sampling (communications, transport to group, time of a teacher to explain the work, rejects which we need to pay for, etc)
We produce 1 sample to send to the client, and 1 sample to keep at our HQ as a sow-by-sample, to be able to move swiftly over to production when the client approves the sample.
SAMPLINg to production
To continue from approved sample to production we happily sign a memorandum of understanding if this is a requirement of the client for their intellectual property (that we don’t produce your design for someone else).
A minimum production order of 50 pc is required per style.
Lead times are to be agreed per custom order, depending on other ongoing orders.
Beadwork custom design
We work on custom orders for various beadwork on a regular basis.
MOQ 50 pieces and price reduction from 200 pieces.
your custom design bracelet
We can bead bracelets of 2 to 8 line designs with your specified patterns and colours! These bracelets are beaded lengthwise, and have a macrame sliding lock.The photo shows some of our standard 4 line designs.

The excel file provides a place where you need to colour in the cells to your design. The file is set up to give a good representation of what the pattern will end up looking like on the bracelet. See the second sheet for more specifications and a beads colourchart.
Non-standard custom design
We have experience beading wooden brushes, cups, glass, keychains on plastic or leather, earrings, necklaces, rims of baskets, beaded leather dog collars, beaded watch straps, leather handles, leather logos, beading with fishing line … Please email us on sales@hadithicrafts.com with your enquiries.
With your detailed specifications of the order, we can explore if your custom order is something we are skilled to do, and we can proceed with a sampling round for the possible order.
leather embossing on the inside
We have a heat embossing machine to emboss your logo onto leather. 0.7cm is the maximum height if you want to emboss the back of a 4-5line bracelet) there is a on-off cost to purchase the embossing stamp of your logo. Embossing stamps involve a one-off cost depending on the size. You will need to provide the high resolution artwork and exact sizing.

We love not inhibit the weavers creativity, but rather encourage the weavers to make their own amazing intricate and creative designs, following their own culture, traditions and daily inspiration.
We can consider your custom design collaborations if :
A) there is a new skill the ladies can learn from it (for example a new shape, or technique, pattern…, not a plain one colour basket)
B) we feel the order is in our capabilities in terms of skills and other production deadlines
C) the price per piece and order quantity are high enough so we can use the profit margin to provide the trainings in the new skills.
D) good technical drawings and details are provided.
